Open Account:
We will be happy to extend credit privileges to those who have well rated accounts, or who provide acceptable credit references. All invoices are Net 30 Days. A finance charge of 1 1/2 % per month will be charged on all accounts over 30 days. We reserve the right to make shipments on a cash in advance basis.

Pre-Paid Orders:
We will accept your business checks, cashiers checks, or money orders. Checks should be made payable to Jewelers Direct.

Minimum Order:
For new accounts a minimum opening order of $3,000 is required. There after there is no minimum order for existing accounts.

Returning Merchandise:
1. All returns must be authorized before returning.
2. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed when returning for credit.
3. All items must be returned in resaleable condition.
4. Special orders are not returnable.
Returns must be authorized within ten days after receipt of goods.

Product Warranty:
We warranty our products 100% against all manufactures defects and offer a lifetime warranty on our stones.
We guarantee to promptly repair or replace any merchandise that is defective.

Confidentiality:
We never give out information about our clients.
